The bursar's dilemma over their clients and customers is probably the most difficult debt collection to solve, and the question is; when do you act and how?
On the one hand you have the wonderful customer who is your incredibly gifted straight-A student and is adored by everyone.
But on the other hand you have the errant client who is your parent or guardian constantly giving excuses for non-payment. This could be due to many different factors, such as; unemployment, divorce or any other personal circumstances.
