The Importance of Terms and Conditions

It is essential that all Private Schools have a set of terms and conditions that include a late payment clause.

This could also include late payment interest together with liability for all collection costs.

If the parent is in default of payment, the school should not be responsible for picking up the bill.

The parents are liable for all costs, fees, disbursements and charges including legal fees and costs should this be necessary.
